With our ‘Peace of Mind’ COVID Amendment Policy, you can rest assured that in the event you are impacted by COVID-19 by testing positive, isolation requirements or travel restrictions that affect your travel plans for the dates you are booked to stay at the resort, you will be eligible for a no-penalty amendment on your reservation.
To ensure that your reservation does not incur a penalty:
- In the event you test positive or are impacted by COVID-19 (eg. travel restrictions, isolation requirements) within 14 days prior to arrival and need to delay your trip for this reason, we request that you notify us as soon as possible. Our team will make every effort to find new dates for you to travel at a later stage, or a 100% Travel Credit will be issued to re-book at your convenience. (Please note, verification may need to be provided as evidence of this situation, for a free amendment to be granted). No refunds will be permitted.
- If the above amendment policy is not followed, then full cancellation fees will apply.
- Bookings must be made direct - if via an agent, then you must contact them for any amendment-related queries.
- Refunds are only applicable for ‘Flexi-rate’ bookings.
For bookings made via a third party, you must contact your travel agent or online booking site directly to confirm their cancellation terms and conditions.

Our ‘Peace of Mind’ COVID Amendment Policy is effective immediately for new and existing bookings, from January 1st 2022 - we reserve the right to change, modify or otherwise alter this policy at any time without notice.
