Our Chefs have curated an extensive culinary offering, drawing on unique flavours and influences from Australia, Asia and the Pacific. Adopting a shared platter concept using the finest produce from Queensland and select regions of Australia, dishes are designed to be mixed, matched and savoured by guests, complemented by a selection of small plates and sides.
Overlooking the resort’s main pool and a vista of native greenery, Sand & Wood is the perfect place to start your day. With breakfast and espresso coffees available, you’ll be energised and ready to head out on a tour, explore the island, or simply sit back, relax and watch the world go by.
For those who prefer to ease into their day, there’ll be something to tempt your tastebuds throughout the afternoon. Small plates and light snacks include East Indian vegetable pakoras, beer battered barramundi or the Korean fried chicken burger. Or if you’re after a lighter option, you can choose from the selection of fresh, gourmet salads.
Sand & Wood also has a great variety of options for kids, from cheeseburgers to traditional favourites, such as fish and chips.
After a day of sightseeing and island adventures, Sand & Wood offers the ideal atmosphere to unwind, kick back with a drink, and enjoy a delicious meal.
Offering a delectable breakfast buffet, guests can enjoy a range of delicious dishes, with indoor and poolside dining available. Bookings are recommended.
